Johnson & Johnson Medical China, founded in 1994, is a wholly foreign owned enterprise of Johnson & Johnson in China. They are mainly engaged in providing a comprehensive range of products and services in the focus areas of Wound Closure and Management, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Circulatory Disease Management, Musculo-Skeletal Disease Management, Women’s Health, Diabetes Care and Ortho-diagnostic.

Career RPO worked with global and China staffing teams in an extensive communications and transition program to educate HR Mangers and Hiring Mangers of our new relationship. Ongoing effort as we continually expand services and scope.
Implemented a consistent framework for managing multiple external vendors.

Re-engineered the recruitment workflow, outlining the roles and responsibilities of all key persons, as well as the agreed service level to work from.
